Terms and conditions governing the use of our services
By accessing or using any services provided by yLinx ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to internet connectivity, cloud services, web hosting, and related products (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and yLinx. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The specific services, features, and pricing will be as described in your service agreement or order form.
To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services as specified in your service agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your agreement. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with the specific terms of your service agreement. Setup fees and installation charges are non-refundable.
We strive to provide reliable Services. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifies the uptime commitments and remedies available for service interruptions. The SLA is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Your use of our Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which prohibits certain activities including but not limited to:
Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and in connection with our Services are the property of yLinx or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without our prior written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yLinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yLinx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Service agreements may have specific terms as outlined in your contract.
You may terminate your Services by providing 30 days' written notice. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.
We may suspend or terminate your Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for non-payment. We may also terminate with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
