- Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or making unsolicited calls.
- Phishing and Fraud: Engaging in phishing, identity theft, or any fraudulent activities.
- Copyright Infringement: Distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Child Exploitation: Any content or activity related to child exploitation or abuse.
- Hate Speech and Harassment: Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
- Terrorism and Violence: Any content or activity promoting terrorism, violence, or extremism.
3. Network and Resource Usage
3.1 Bandwidth Usage
Customers must use bandwidth responsibly. Excessive usage that negatively impacts network performance for other customers is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or limit bandwidth for customers who exceed fair usage limits.
3.2 Server Resources
For hosting and cloud services, customers must not consume excessive server resources (CPU, memory, disk I/O) that affect the performance of other customers' services.
3.3 Email Usage
Email services may not be used for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Email bombing or flooding
- Using false or misleading headers
- Harvesting email addresses
- Relaying email through unauthorized servers
4. Security Requirements
4.1 Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including using strong passwords and keeping credentials confidential.
4.2 System Security
Customers must:
- Keep all software and systems up to date with security patches
- Use appropriate security measures such as firewalls and antivirus software
- Report any security incidents or vulnerabilities promptly
- Not attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures
5. Content Restrictions
The following types of content are prohibited on yLinx services:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Content promoting illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Content promoting gambling (where prohibited by law)
- Counterfeit goods or fraudulent schemes
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Defamatory or libelous content
- Content that violates privacy rights
6. Email and Communication Services
When using our email and communication services, you must not:
- Forge or misrepresent message headers
- Send messages to recipients who have not opted in
- Use our services to harvest email addresses
- Send messages with deceptive subject lines
- Fail to include valid physical address and unsubscribe mechanisms in marketing emails
7. Enforcement
7.1 Violation Reporting
To report a violation of this AUP, please contact us at abuse@ylinx.pk with details of the violation.
7.2 Response to Violations
Upon discovery of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning to the customer
- Suspend or terminate the offending service
- Remove or disable access to prohibited content
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
- Pursue legal remedies for damages caused
7.3 Cooperation with Authorities
We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigating violations of applicable laws.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
